My role at Epion Health is to meet with each unique client and develope an understanding of their workflow. From this understanding I am able to analyze and implement our application to better streamline and simplify everyday tasks. Once this goal is complete I work with each client to maintain a high level of satisfaction through rigorous product support.
My role is to develop software for Epion products. I am also an RN, and use that experience to keep athena users and patients in mind when creating new features.
My role at Epion is to realize the vision and market potential of Epion’s various patient access products. As a product manager at Epion, I own and support our product strategy by working collaboratively with customers and our executive and product teams.
My role is to work with clients that do not go live with Epion Digital Check-In at all of their locations at once. I assit during the sales and implementations process in order to be the key point of contact for the client going forward. Once the client’s first sites are live, I measure the applicable metrics and KPIs necessary for the client to deem the initial go live a success and then we put in place an Expansion Plan to continue expanding Epion Digital Check-In to the remainder of their locations.
It’s my mission to make sure that patients of all ages and backgrounds can use our product easily and our clients are satisfied with the results.
My role at Epion is the manage the day to day operations and I am responsible for process improvements.
My role is to lead all new implementations of the Epion Health Digital Check-In Solution and to consult with customers to establish hardware, software, workflow and system functionality specifications. Also, I guide new clients through install, activation and upgrade phases of software adoption.
