My role is to make sure that our customers’ experience with Epion, after the initial on-boarding, continues to be successful.
I work with practices to understand their objectives and demonstrate how Epion can increase efficiencies.
My role is to lead all new implementations of the Epion Health Digital Check-In Solution and to consult with customers to establish hardware, software, workflow and system functionality specifications. Also, I guide new clients through install, activation and upgrade phases of software adoption.
My role at Epion Health is to meet with each unique client and develope an understanding of their workflow. From this understanding I am able to analyze and implement our application to better streamline and simplify everyday tasks. Once this goal is complete I work with each client to maintain a high level of satisfaction through rigorous product support.

My role at Epion is to realize the vision and market potential of Epion’s various patient access products. To achieve this, we have assembled one of the most talented and experienced teams of healthcare IT professionals in the industry to build and sell a suite of provider-centric products designed to far surpass any other product on the market.
My role at Epion is to help large groups better understand how they can be more efficient before and during patient intake. Helping them move away from the inefficient paper process of today, and replace it with a solution that will truly take them to the next level.

As a product manager at Epion, I own and support our product strategy by working collaboratively with customers and our executive and product teams.
My role is to work with clients that do not go live with Epion Digital Check-In at all of their locations at once. I assit during the sales and implementations process in order to be the key point of contact for the client going forward. Once the client’s first sites are live, I measure the applicable metrics and KPIs necessary for the client to deem the initial go live a success and then we put in place an Expansion Plan to continue expanding Epion Digital Check-In to the remainder of their locations.
